Found this one via a Bikesnobnyc tweet last night. It's made by Ahrens bicycles who also make some pretty sweet looking frames.

No need to fumble around looking for your keychain opener...just use the opener that's clamped onto your bike! If you're looking for the seat post version, it is available in very limited quantities. We are phasing out this product due to high manufacturing costs. It's made for 1-1/8" steer tubes.
